Dear Customers,

Starting August 29, 2025 (U.S. local time), the U.S. Government has officially eliminated the de minimis exemption for low-value imports. 

Following this change, Korea Post has suspended EMS shipments to the U.S. from August 26, 2025 (KST) until further notice.

Until alternative arrangements are made, shipments to the U.S. will proceed as follows:

1.  Shipping Method: Please select EMS Premium instead of EMS. (An additional U$10 charge applies compared to EMS.)

2.  Duties & Taxes: Upon arrival in the U.S., UPS will contact you to collect the applicable duties (approx. 15%) and state-specific sales tax. 

     These charges must be paid before receiving your parcel.

3.  Returns: If duties/taxes are not paid and the parcel is returned, it will not be reshipped. 

     A refund will be issued after deducting the actual round-trip shipping cost.

We are currently working with courier partners to provide a prepaid tax & duty option to reduce customer inconvenience. 

Once confirmed, we will promptly update you with a new shipping process.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable once the parcel is dispatched.
