Hello customers in EU countries!

Please be advised that the EU customs policy for low-value imports changed in July 2026. 

The previous customs duty exemption for goods valued at €150 or less has been abolished, and a €3 flat customs duty per category of goods may now apply. VAT and local customs/processing charges may also be charged.

Shipping Unavailable:
Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Romania

Due to the revised customs and postal requirements, we are currently unable to ship orders to these countries.

Other EU Countries:
Orders are generally shipped under DDU (Duty Unpaid). 

Any applicable customs duty, VAT or local processing charges are the recipient's responsibility and may need to be paid before delivery.

Please respond promptly to any notification from your local customs office or postal service.

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid charges or incomplete customs clearance, it will not be re-sent, and the actual round-trip shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
