We are pleased to announce that in July, our website is going through a site renewal process!

Ahead of the renewal, we would just like to inform you of some changes that will occur!

 

To minimize future complications, PLEASE take note of the changes below!

1) Membership Change

Our membership reward scheme including reward mileages, birthday points will be renewed!

Regardless of the membership level, 1% of final purchase (after cancellations, exchanges and refunds) will be rewarded 

▼ Birthday Reward

Currently, birthday coupons with an expiry date are rewarded to each account. After website renewal, birthday points will be given instead without an expiry date 

Please make sure to check our updated membership after website renewal!  

2) Acquired Coupons

Unfortunately, our current coupon template will be completely altered and we would not be able to preserve your coupons in your current account!

We highly recommend to use all of your coupons up prior to our site renewal! Once our renewed site is open, new coupons will be issued to your account!

*** 'Birthday' and 'Membership Level Up' coupons issued on 1st July will be replaced ***

 

3) Text Review Change

Unlike our current website, text reviews will not be separated from photo reviews!

All reviews will be shown from ONE product review board!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused in not being able to select out appropriate reviews for the time being.

We are currently under negotiation about this change and will hopefully resolve this complication!

 

4) Expiry date for Points Diminished

Currently, all points hold an expiry date of 1 year from the issued date. After the website renewal, points will not be expired!

 

5) Previous List of Orders made before Site Renewal Removed

All previous orders currently visible in 'My Page' will be removed once site renewal occurs.

We acknowledge that this is a major complication and would like to take the time to apologize.

Please be aware that despite the order forms not being visible, our CS team will keep hold of all the information.

If you would like to either exchange/cancel/refund any of the items, please contact our CS team (styleonme1@styleonme.com) directly.

To review any information regarding your order including deliveries, we highly recommend to keep on hold of all automatic emails related to shipping.

Our CS team will be able to give you a faster response if you are aware of the tracking number and url.

*** Prior to our website renewal, please check whether our email is registered as Spam or Junk Mail. If so, please make sure to modify this categorization to minimize future communication complications **

 

6) Friend Recommendation Benefits Removed

Our friend recommendation benefits will be diminished!

Please be aware that once our website has been renewed, reward points will not be available for our customers.

 

7) Website Layout Altered

Once our website has been renewed, layout will be altered!

 

8) Other Membership Points and Customer Information will be SECURELY PRESERVED!
