Im 155cm and around 55kg. Short and fat basically. 
I ordered this dress in M and then worried a lot...and thought about cancelling the order because I was afraid that the sleeves would accentuate my big flabby arms. 
And..phew! Im glad I didn't because this dress is now one of my favourite purchases from here. The top part is beautiful, it is not see through which is great, and the sleeves! It covers my big shoulders and flabby arms, it is easy to wear!
The bottom lace bit is nice too, beautiful pink lace and stretchy comfy too. 
Love this dress.
